The House Offraser website offers a 28-day return policy, with a fee of £4.99 per return. Items shipped by a Brand Partner may require different instructions. To return an online order, repack items in their original packaging and follow the returns portal steps. Returns are processed on a per-order basis, so multiple orders should be returned separately. Personalised items are not accepted unless the text is incorrect or the item is faulty. Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Items with rapid deterioration, magazines, sealed items, computer games, or mixed items cannot be returned.
